The diversity of my own work experiences remind me of a quilt woven together from many different pieces to create a unique and original whole to support student learning.
- My work in the library and MLIS program has equipped me to meet the information needs of students utilizing text, digital, and Web 2.0 tools.
- My background as a child and family therapist provides me with the skills to connect with students, faculty, and administrators using excellent communication and collaborative skills as an avenue to success.
- My experiences working in the educational setting allow me to understand the needs of faculty for curricular support and information needs, and the needs of the students for an engaging curriculum.
The combination of these three backgrounds create a powerful combination that I know will make a greater impact on student learning.
